As part of the project “Enhancing Mechanical Engineering Education in Moldova for Industry 4.0 /(NeedEDU4.0), No. 101128623, ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CBHE-STRAND-2”, funded by the European Commission through the ERASMUS+ program, the Training of Trainers (ToT) activities are progressing.
The third training session, held from November 19-22, 2024, focused on two key areas Mechatronics and Control of Production Systems and Organizational Transformation.
The sessions were conducted by Dr. Marius C. Luculescu and Dr. Luminița Pârv from Transilvania University of Brașov, Romania, experts in mechatronics and organizational transformation.
This training provided participants with advanced knowledge and teaching methodologies in mechanical engineering, tailored to the Industry 4.0 framework. Insights gained during the sessions contribute to the development of a future inter-university master’s program under the NeedEDU4.0 initiative.
Faculty members from the Technical University of Moldova, the State University “Alecu Russo” of Bălți, and the State University “Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu” of Cahul, all part of the NeedEDU4.0 consortium, actively participated in the training.
The primary aim of the training was to align educational curricula with industry standards and enhance the teaching capabilities of the participants.
