Within the project “Enhancing Mechanical Engineering Education in Moldova for Industry 4.0 / Improving Mechanical Engineering Education in Moldova for Industry 4.0 (NeedEDU4.0), No. 101128623, ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CBHE-STRAND-2”, funded by the European Commission through the ERASMUS+ program, the Training of Trainers (TOT) activities have started.
The first round of trainings is taking place from October 22-25, 2024, which is dedicated to the teaching areas “Advanced Mechanics” and “Materials for Advanced Manufacturing Processes”.
The training is being conducted under the coordination of Dr. Paul Michael BAN from RWTH Aachen University in Germany.
The participants will have the opportunity to identify key topics that will be included in the future interuniversity master’s program to be developed within the NeedEDU4.0 project.
Teachers from the Technical University of Moldova, the State University “Alecu Russo” of Balti and the State University “Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu” of Cahul, full members of the NeedEDEDU4.0 project, are participating in this training.
The purpose of the training is to ensure the compatibility of the structure of the training program with the future inter-university master’s program, contributing both to the development of this joint program and to the strengthening of the teaching skills of the participants.
